Finance Specialist in Accounting
The Finance Specialist in Accounting reports to the CFO & Deputy CEO of atNorth and is based
in Hafnarfjörður, Iceland.
Responsibilities:
• GL accounting, booking of invoices, payments, etc.
• Delivery of month end tasks, intercompany accounting, consolidation, and reporting.
• Interactions with various teams within atNorth (e.g. sales and operations) to receive
and provide detailed information related to activities handled by self, and team.
• Support management with financial aspects like revenue management, project accounting,
and cost control.
• Clear mindset to set-up and work in processes and strong focus on continuous improvements
of processes wherever possible.
Service Manager
The Service Manager reports to the Site Manager of Mjölnir, atNorth’s datacenter megasite in Fitjar,
Njarðvík in Iceland and is based there.
Responsibilities:
• Management and daily operation of atNorth‘s service department which focuses on
providing atNorth‘s clients outstanding value adding service.
• Responsibility of customer service surveilance and reporting.
• Project Management and team building.
• Clear mindset to set-up and work in processes and strong focus on continuous improvements
of processes wherever possible.
Technical Specialist
The Technical Specialist reports to the Site Manager of Mjölnir, atNorth’s datacenter megasite
in Fitjar, Njarðvík in Iceland and is based there.
Responsibilities:
• Set-up, monitor and maintain the various equipment within atNorth‘s datacenter.
• Clear mindset to set-up and work in processes and strong focus on continuous improvements of
processes wherever possible.
• Resolving customer issues and requests.

Sustainability & Social Responsibility Manager
The Sustainability & Social Responsibility Manager reports directly to the CFO & Deputy CEO
of atNorth and can be based either in Iceland or in Sweden.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for leading the development and execution of the company wide strategic ESG
(environmental, social and governance) program.
• Implement and maintain ISO14001 accreditation from ground up. Participate and provide support
in other quality projects within atNorth.
• Collaborate with all departments to implement and manage a coordinated ESG plan
and build ESG principles into short and long-range capital and operational improvements.
• Serve as the central point of contact for external groups and vendors regarding ESG.
• Serve as an internal leader and “go to” expert for ESG, monitoring emerging trends, programs,
and issues, while communicating to and educating employees throughout the company.
