Visual Designer
Job description
In your role as a Visual Designer, your mission will consist to work on and sim-
plify complex concepts through innovative and functional design solutions.
You’ll be working closely with the product team to come up with new ideas
and iterate on our current features and work with extremely talented, ambi-
tious and fun group of Menigans.
Responsibilities
• Work on the visual elements of our products in collaboration with the
product and development teams.
• Work collaboratively across the Product and development teams, to
ensure a consistent, integrated design perception and user experience.
• Take part and collaborate in our design sprints and ideations phase from
beginning to end.
• Generate clear prototypes to help test and explain new ideas
Requirements
• Respectful communications and empathy.
• Working experience in product design.
• Proven UI design experience and a strong interest for world class UX.
• Expert level Sketch skills and other applicable design tools.
• Creative thinking, with the ability to execute initial concepts to final
visual output.
• Understanding of all aspects of digital design, from screen sizes and
pixels to accessibility and human-computer interaction.
• Knowledge in prototyping tools and applications such as InVision and
Framer.js
• Experience working in a highly agile environment.
• Well organized, responsible and dedicated, with the ability to work on
multiple projects and deliver refined design in a short time period.
