process.
I am going to miss your convention, I have attended and
enjoyed so many of them, but I will be with you in thought, wishing
you a pleasant and successful convention in every way. May God
guide you in all your undertakings and decisions in connection
with your good work.

A Tribute
We take pleasure in inserting a picture of Mrs. Bjorg Violet
Isfeld in this number of Ardis. Her reputation as a conscientious and
capable piano teacher has been well known for years throughout
this city. She was president of the Winnipeg Teachers Association
for two years and in that time introduced many new ideas and

tivities. This last April she was
elected president of the Manitoba
Registered Music Teachers Assoc-
iation, where we know she will
prove of great service through her
executive ability.
She has at all times given of her
best, not only in musical circles
but also in church and other or-
ganizations. Her sincerity of pur-
pose, her unselfish service to a
cause and her f r i e n d 1 y co-
operation has endeared her to her
many friends and associates.
Ardis compliments her on her
steady progress in her chosen field
of work and wishes her continued
success.
