Requirements:
• Effective marketing strategy skills: segmentation, positioning, messaging
• Strong marketing know-how in a competitive environment especially online
• Good intrapersonal skills for effective team building and communication
• University degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience
• Experience in an international B2B environment preferred
• Advanced written and spoken English and the ability to travel extensively
Responsibilities:
• Develop, maintain and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy
• Create a marketing budget in collaboration with industry
and product managers
• Manage product launches, core positioning and messaging
• Gather market intelligence and conduct competitor analysis
• Work effectively with large product teams in multiple geographies
Marel seeks an experienced product marketing professional to join the corporate and product marketing teams in
the role of Product Marketing Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for the development and execution of
the cross-industry marketing strategy from beginning to end, working with cross-functional teams based in Iceland,
Denmark, England and the US.
The ideal candidate is creative, business-oriented and impact-driven; a marketer with strong management skills,
