400 íbúa eða fleiri árin 1992-1995, og sveitarfélaga með 300 íbúa eða fleiri frá og með 1996, en sveitarfélögum með 250 eða fleiri íbúa árin 1999 og 2000.
Data on the number of persons receiving social assistance was obtainedfrom municipalities with 700 inhabitants or more in 1991. ln 1992-1995 data xvas
obtainedfrom municipalities xvith 400 or more inhabitants, in 1996-1998from municipalities xvith 300 or more inhabitants and as of1999from municipalities
xvith 250 or more inhabitants.
