Associate
Project Manager
We are looking for an eager APM who will be
responsible for assisting and/or managing
implementations of Controlant solutions with
customers from trial/pilots until implementation
is at a stage where Customer Success Manager
or Customer Success Director takes over
complete responsibility for relationship with
the Customer. This includes, but is not limited
to, overseeing pilots, establishing Statement
of Works, roll-out plans, training schedules
and other relevant matters to ensure
successful implementation of the subject
solution. APM assists senior Project Managers
and works in close unison with other internal
teams in creating successful projects.
Responsibilities include,
but are not limited to:
• Measuring project performance using
appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Assisting in creating and maintaining
comprehensive project documentation
• Ensuring that all tasks and deliverables
are executed on-time and within scope
Customer
Success Manager
We are looking for a CSMwho will be partnering
with some of Controlant’s key customers
to protect their supply chain. CSM will be
expected to develop trusted, strategic advisor
relationships with our most important
customers, and will be dedicated to client
satisfaction and always look for ways to
optimize their supply chain. CSM will own
all post-sales activity, including on-boarding,
training and site launches and will provide
ongoing logistical support and coordination.
CSM will work very closely with sales and
other departments to ensure a smooth rollout
and anticipate customer needs.
Responsibilities include,
but are not limited to:
• Forging indispensable trusted advisor
relationships with Controlant’s top customers
• Working effectively to drive adoption
across large, complex supply chains which
may require synchronization across 3rd
party distribution centers, producers,
freight carriers, etc.
• Being responsible for overall customer
satisfaction, success and retention
Project Manager
We are looking for an amazing PM who will
be responsible for managing implementations
of Controlant solutions with customers from
trial/pilots until implementation is at a stage
where Customer Success Manager takes over
complete responsibility for relationship with
the Customer. This includes overseeing pilots,
establishing Statement of Works, roll-out
plans, training schedules and other relevant
matters to ensure successful implementation
of the subject solution.
Responsibilities include,
but are not limited to:
• Managing the relationship with the
customer and other stakeholders during
pilot/implementation
• Developing project scopes and objectives,
involving all relevant stakeholders and
ensuring technical feasibility
• Coordinating internal and external
resources for the execution of pilots
and implementations
