Reduced per-diem benefits refers to 516-1.031 hours ofwork, andfull benefits to more. 3 Fastráðin kona í starfi hjá ríki og sveitarfélögum, sem starfar samkvæmt kjarasamningum opinberra starfsmanna (samningum BHM, BSRB og KÍ) og hefur starfað í sex mánuði samfellt fyrir bamsburð á rétt á leyfí í sex mánuði með sömu dagvinnulaunum og fylgja stöðunni. (Rgl. nr. 410/1989). Fyrstu þrjá mánuðina skal hún einnig fá meðaltal annarra greiðslna síðustu 12 mánuði áður en leyfið hófst.
