The Whittaker Corporation is one of the world’s largest international health care organisa-
tions. We are committed to the continuing development of several Middle East hospital
projects where our management and staffmg experience spans a six year period.
In the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Whittaker has had a contract since 1974 to staff and
manage three acute care hospitals built on military bases by the Saudi Arabian government.
The hospitals provide medical, surgical and dental care fora patient population consisting
mainly of Saudi Arabian military personnel and their dependents.
In the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates Whittaker operates a new 534-bed
referral hospital in the historic oasis town of A1 Ain.
Physicians and surgeons are required to have a minimum of 3 years post-graduate ex-
perience.
Nurses are required to have a minimum of2 years post-graduate experience.
Working for Whittaker for one or two years will give you the chance to see another country,
learn another culture and experience new friendships with your colleagues from Europe,
America and the Middle East.
