Mikilvægt er fyrir alla framleiðendur, smáa sem stóra, að hafa það í huga að nýja
afurð þarf að laga að neysluvenjum neytandans, sem eru sífellt að breytast og gerast
breytingamar hraðar nú en áður. Vegna stöðu smáfyrirtækja- og framleiðenda, sem
hefur verið rakin hér að framan, má segja að það sé í raun enn mikilvægara en
jafnframt auðveldara, fyrir þá að hafa mikinn sveigjanleika til að getað aðlagast
eftirspum og kröfum markaðarins hraðar en mörg stærri fyrirtæki geta.
