System Admin
Leads diverse projects in IT to ensure our technology infrastructure
runs securely, smoothly, and efficiently. Monitors and maintains our
security framework and adheres to best practices for our IT.

Product Manager
Works with our customers, development teams, and other members of
the product management team to discover, define and deliver quality

Engineering Manager
Leads a dynamic and effective team of enterprise-level software devel-
opers. Ensure the team has a clear vision of our customers’ needs and

• 5+ years of experience in leading Development Teams successfully
• Deep understanding of front-end or full-stack development
• Passion for quality and innovation
• Ability to manage and influence through persuasion, negotiation, and
build team consensus
• Data-driven and process-oriented mindset
• Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement
• Enthusiastic and creative leader with the ability to inspire others
• Excellent communication skills
• Relevant Bachelor’s degree; preference for computer science/

Software Quality Assurance Manager
Mentors and supports the development teams on quality assurance
best practices, methodologies, and frameworks. Defines and monitors
software quality metrics, test coverage and procedures to ensure our
products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• 5 years professional experience preferred
• Responsible for defining and evolving development quality standards
and procedures
• Organized, independent and a good communicator
• Experience developing formal test plans
• Experience working with automated testing platforms
• Relevant Bachelor’s degree; preference for computer science/
engineering or related degrees
