basic relations in nature
Time being the count of what constitutes length, physical length
being present in nature by oscillative movement, oscillative move-
ment being of space itself, the relation between inner oscillative
movement and relative movement is both of change and invari-
ance.
The change being relative difference in component magnitude
of.inner oscillative movement and relative movement, the invari-
ance being constancy of the sum of the components, leads to a
different presentation of the second and first law of thermodyna-
mics and of inertial relations in general.
The following holds:
Variance on oscillative length always draws off greater different-
ial of oscillative length and can draw no more than exactly that
differential, and the drawn variance equals the gained variance,
and the transfer of variance is chosen by the least potential of
the setup.
This is a statement of being, it's stated in one dimension of
length for simplicity, the cause is the invariance of space, to space
it's invariant whether the movement is relative or oscillatory.
Spatial reaction velocity i.e. charge creation velocity, i.e. direct-
ion change velocity in oscillation, conforming to the uniform time
count condition is that of ligth's, the invariance of space is stated
valid up to that velocity.
This means that the invariance of space leads to impossibility of
a lake suddenly freezing and giving off it's energy as described
by the second law of thermodynamics, the impossibility that one
atom is accelerated to the relative velocity of light by light collis-
ion of two metal balls and situations of the kind.
Energy transfer is only in the charge creation stage, in between
the energy is bound in the own movement of space, this leads
to quantized amount of transfer and thus discontinouity. The dis-
continouity means inability to „receive" energy and thus will
another system receive instead, or the energy stays in „suspens-
ion", thus the energy doesn't wait on a single system to transfer
to it, and thus the notion of seeking to the least potential and
the time dependency of such seeking, by at least one „silent"
phase of an oscillation.
As experienced by common air commuters, there is change by
the velocity, yet there is no change but which is felt in the ac-
celerative state. Thus there is variance and there is invariance, the
only reality to which both can be assigned and made intelligible
is length and it's nature.
We know of the oscillatory behaviour and we know of the
translatory behav[our, in between there is a relation, there are
changes such as red shift, there are no changes such as the velo-
city of light in the same observed reality, to make the velocity
of light invariant yet with variance in oscillation, we are forced
to state the invariance of space, that is, relative change does not
change spatial properties, what changes is the balance of ex-
pression of at least two components, these being the length tak-
en by oscillation and if it's reduced then it's complimented by
length which we describe as relative velocity, or if it's transferred
to another system, it actually represents preservation of length
and thus what we call laws of conservation.
By forbidding transfer to heat, the transfer will be to accelerat-
ion of a system as a whole, and vice versa. Energy conductance
of such high frequency that single independent atoms can't place
the energy within allowed change in quantized electron potent-
ial, necessarily must accelerate a system inertially because of the
invariance of space, within a system of common surface potential.
That means that such a change can be accomplished techni-
cally by reservoir of energy differential contained in an isolated
system, doing in the understanding of the old inertia principle,
the setup a matter of invention.
The following statement holds.
Indescriptivity is socially relative, there were times when the
notion that the world is composed of earth, water, air and fire
were sufficient, but the habitat of man is of using small amounts
of energy in his brain in modelling before using much energy in
muscles and machinery, is of living by use of accumalated extern-
al knowledge, both operable and static.
Thus we have come to the point of indescriptivity of the notion
of the four forces, of continouity, of time as used, and of inertia
to which there is not assigned a force.
We know that expanded and extended use of contemporary
methods will mean serious environmental hazards, will mean a
drying out of many resources and will thus cause collapse of
civilisation. Fundamentally, there is only one way out, that of
very increased descriptivity of operable external knowledge and
a matching social development such that new immensily power-
ful methods can be implemented.
A necessary step is that of combining thermodynamic, relative,
quantized and conservation description to same operable funda-
mentals.

Sjö „óeirðaseggir" voru teknir af
lííi í Peking í morgun vegna ýmissa
ofbeldisverka, aö því er Nýja kín-
verska fréttastofan tilkynnti.
í gær voru þrír menn teknir af lífi
í Shanghai. í Jinan, höfuöborg Shan-
donghéraðsins, voru sautján menn
teknir af lifi í gær en ekki er vitað
hvort þeir voru sakaðir um að hafa
tekið þátt í mótmælaaðgerðunum.
Margir þjóðarleiðtogar víðs vegar
um heim hafa lýst yfir reiði og andúö
vegna aftakanna í Shanghai í gær en
harðlínumaöurinn Li Peng, sem er
forsætisráðherra Kína, lagði enn
áherslu á að kínversk yfirvöld
myndu ekki láta undan þrýstingi er-
lendis frá.
Þeir sem teknir voru af lífi í morg-
un voru dæmdir til dauða sautjánda
júní eftir að hafa verið fundnir sekir
um ýmis brot, svo sem að hafa kveikt
í herbílum, stohð hemaðarvörum og
ráðist á hermenn milli þriðja og
sjötta júní.
Hermenn gerðu atlögu að mótmæl-
endum í miðborg Peking þann fjórða
júní síðastliðinn og létu þá þúsundir
manna lífið, að því er vestrænir
stjómarerindrekar telja.
Kínverska fréttastofan sagöi að
hæstiréttur hefði áður vísað frá náð-
unarbeiðni þeirra sjö sem teknir
voru af lífi í morgun. Engar fréttir
bárust af áttunda fanganum sem
dæmdur var til dauða um leið og
hinir sjö. Talið er að hann hafi einn-
ig áfrýjað dauðadómnum.
Mennimir þrír, sem teknir voru
af lífi í Shanghai í gær, vom dæmdir
fyrir að hafa kveikt í farþegalest og
mótorhjólum lögreglunnar. Blöð í
Shanghai greindu frá því á sínum
tíma að árásin á lestina hefði verið
gerð eftir að hún ók á mótmælendur
sem komið höfðu sér fyrir á járn-
brautarsporinu. Sex þeirra biðu bana
er lestin ók inn í hópinn.
Kínversk yfirvöld hafa nú hafið
mikla áróðursherferö til að réttlæta
aðgerðir- hersins gegn andófsmönn-
um. Hefur myndband verið sent til
rúmlega tuttugu erlendra sjónvarps-
stöðva og til hundrað sextíu og
tveggja kínverskra sendiráða og
ræðismannsskrifstofa víðs vegar um
heim. Á myndbandinu má sjá brennd
lík kínverskra hermanna, eyðilagða
herbíla, mannfjölda koma í veg fyrir
að hermenn komist til miðborgar
Peking og árásir á hermennina.
Mikil áhersla hefur verið lögð á þaö
undanfariö að reyna að sannfæra
alþýðuna í Kína og erlendar þjóðir
um að lítill hópur manna hafi staðið
fyrir andófsaðgerðunum og að her-
inn hafi sýnt mikla stillingu. Opin-
berir fjölmiðlar í Kína vísa enn á bug
fullyrðingum um mikið mannfall á
Torgi hins himneska friðar.
Kínversk yfirvöld leggja einnig
áherslu á að allt sé orðið eðlilegt í
Kína á ný og að kaupsýslumönnum
sé óhætt aö koma aftur til landsins.
Einn leiðtoga kínversku andófs-
mannanna, Yan Jiaqi, og kona hans,
Gao Gao, hafa sést í Hong Kong, að
því er kom fram í útvarpsfréttum þar
í morgvm. Hjónin er sögð fara innan
skamms til Evrópu, líklega til Frakk-
lands, áður en þau halda til Banda-
ríkjanna.
