öðlast þekkingu og skilning á þrekprófum,
ráðleggingum um æfingar, einkennum
kransæðasjúkdóma, hjartabilunar og hjart-
sláttaróreglu og helztu þáttum meðferðar.
Lítill vafi er á, að þátttaka stórra þjóð-
félagshópa í slíkum æfingum myndi stuðla
að þróttmeiri, heilbrigðari og hamingju-
samari þjóð.
