We are looking for ambitious software, electrical and automation engineers for various challenges in automation and digitalization for the food processing industry. Software and Electrical Engineers As a Mechanical Engineer you are responsible for developing and designing machine design concepts and you will play a pivotal role in each machines production. Mechanical Engineers The role: • Experienced, ambitious software engineers for various positions. • Have significant influence on our strategy by helping define and build the next wave of product features. • Skilled in back-end and front-end development. • Being able to apply your depth of knowledge and expertise to all aspects of the software development lifecycle. • Fields include automation, databases, and vision systems. • Be motivated by building elegant and maintainable systems that get the job done with minimal complexity. The requirements: • BSc or MSc in computer science, mechatronics, electrical engineering or similar. • Self-motivated, organized, and supportive team player. • Being passionate around solving business problems through innovation and engineering practices. • Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Organized, supportive, methodological, and resourceful. • Solid English skills, written and verbal. • Ability to travel and work flexible hours across different time zones. The role: • Working in teams on the development of concepts, testing, exploration and verification of concepts and designs. • Secure the successful implementation of the prescribed function, cleaning requirements, stability, safety, production technologies and cost price. • To execute the maintenance and mechanical design of machinery, layouts, machine parts and components, to deliver a ready machine in accordance with the Baader standard and requirements. • You must be able to meet deadline and conduct your work in an organized manner in accordance with the company´s standards. • Be an effective member of the Baader team and be a good team player. The requirements: • Experience from machine manufacturing technics, materials, and components. • Knowledge of the food processing industry requirements – particularly the seafood industry. • Good understanding of mechanics and what is needed to increase industrial automation. • Understand the value of what can be done with the existing design, and in terms of standardization and modularization. • Strong communication skills; cooperate with customers and other stakeholder such as suppliers and colleagues. • Problem solver who works well under time constraints. • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Technology or comparable work/education experience. • Experience with or knowledge of 3D design tools. • Ability to travel and work flexible hours across different time zones.
