Ferðamálafulltrúi í N-Ameríku
Íslandsstofa óskar eftir áhugasömum og drífandi starfsmanni til að annast
markaðsstarf Íslandsstofu á sviði ferðamála í N-Ameríku með aðsetur í New York.
Starfið heyrir undir forstöðumann ferðamálasviðs Íslandsstofu.
Helstu verkefni:
• Að laða aukinn fjölda ferðamanna frá N-Ameríku til Íslands
• Annast áætlanagerð um markaðsstarf og rekstur í
N-Ameríku í samráði við forstöðumann ferðamálasviðs
• Annast daglegan rekstur og framkvæmd markaðsmála
í samræmi við samþykktar áætlanir
• Afla upplýsinga um markaðsaðstæður og tækifæri á
markaðssvæðinu og miðla þeim
• Kynna Ísland fyrir neytendum sem áhugaverðan og
spennandi áfangastað
• Stuðla að jákvæðum og árangursríkum samskiptum við
fjölmiðla, söluaðila á svæðinu og ferðaþjónustuaðila
á Íslandi
Menntunar- og hæfniskröfur:
• Háskólamenntun á sviðum ferða- og/eða
markaðsmála
• Mjög góð enskukunnátta
• Reynsla af kynningarstarfi, markaðssetningu
og sölu á erlendum mörkuðum
• Góð samskipta- og skipulagshæfni
• Sjálfstæð vinnubrögð og frumkvæði
• Atvinnuleyfi í Bandaríkjum N-Ameríku er æskilegt

Part-time lawyer
We are looking for an experienced lawyer to be responsible for our third party business, Medis, and all legal work in Iceland. Our new colleague will be working closely with
the General Counsel and five Legal Area Heads. The position will be located in Iceland, with occasional travelling involved. The job is part time, 25 hours a week, and we are
flexible as regards the distribution of working hours.
Although the position is in Iceland, the Medis division is also represented in Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Singapore, Dubai, Brazil, Russia, and the UK. Medis provides services
and products to most European countries and has marketing authorisations in many other countries around the world. The position therefore has plenty of international
reach.
