Ársrit Bandalags lúterskra kvenna 75 points, who will undertake to re-distribute them in their respective districts with any further helpful publicity as thought necessary. It might be mentioned that we had an enquiry from the Ukrainian Greek Orthodox Cathedral regarding obtaining the use of the camp for 10 days or so after the end of our camping season. Your committee considered this enquiry and offered to put the camp at their disposal for the time mentioned for a consideration of $15.00 per day. The pastor of this cathedral visited the camp on May 21st and was favorably impressed with the accommodation and general attraction of the premises. This proposition is still in- completed, but our offer was considered to be very reasonable. In the matter of Insurance protection there is at present a total coverage of $13,000 on the buildings and an amount of $4,250 on furnishings and other contents of the buildings. There appears to be no coverage on three buildings; they being the Camp Office, the Curry Hut and the Selkirk Hut. The main coverage is the Memorial Hall $4,200, Wash Rooms $3,000 and other buildings with the ex- ception of those mentioned, $6,000. If it is your wish, the Committee should be instructed to place insurance on any buildings not yet covered. The estimated value would be about $1,500 and the premium would not be costly. Your committee has not discussed any major projects as re- quired to be referred to your convention at this time, but needless to say there are many such potentially existing, to be dealt with at the appropriate time. It might be said that progress to date establishes its own demands in the nature of management, main- tenance and improvements, so that major developments will have to await future “blue prints”. I trust I will be pardoned if I have extended my report to include observations, and perhaps omitted to mention some things more factual, but in the case of the camp there seems to be an inseparable relationship between what has been achieved and what is still to be accomplished. Extending to you my best wishes for a successful convention I respectfully submit this report, on behalf of the Camp Committee.
