Ector but Neoptulemus, son of the mighty Akillas who
killed Ector, bore it away from Tioy; afterwards Turnus
acquired it, he who killed the great Pallas who was the
son of King Enangris of Syrland. Finally the giant gives
Vilhjálmr a tilting-lance, which was made by Lukanus,
the subterranean ruler of a realm in Mount Lukanus, who
sent it to King Tolomeus of Egvpt. Since the latter,
however, was willing enough to receive the lance but not
to pay anything for it, Lukanus sent the dwarf Alfrigg to
steal it back from the king but the giant met the dwarf
on his way with the lance and took it from him; the lance
is called Bulta and is worth a donkey-load of pure silver
and the most splendid castle in France.
