The Project Manager will identify, assess, and execute M&A projects and strategic partnerships for Corporate
Development. You will work closely with senior management and external advisors to develop business cases for
strategic opportunities.
PROJECT MANAGER CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintain M&A pipeline, screen industry, and
identify potential targets with the help of
management and external advisors.
• Provide analytic support in planning strategic
growth initiatives, and create market intelligence.
• Responsible for business and financial analysis of
strategic investment opportunities
• Build financial and operating models, including
discounted cash flow and return analysis.
• Coordinate due diligence processes with external
consultants and internal colleagues.
• Contribute to post-acquisition integration
planning.
• Assist in developing and managing the M&A
process.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• University degree in Business Administration or
Finance.
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience.
• Corporate finance experience, valuation and
valuation models.
• Expertise in business case creation.
• Sales & marketing experience desired.
• Strong analytical, consultative, and problem solving
capabilities.
• Project management skills, and ability to work
independently.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for financial
modeling and presentation of business cases.
• Good interpersonal and relationship building skills.
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English
