Marel is looking for a specialist in corporate communications. This position contributes and manages a variety of communications
projects aimed at Marel employees, local communities, the media and other relevant stakeholders. Further, the communications
specialist will work with and report to the Corporate Director of Investor Relations and Communications. The employee will play a
key role in developing and supporting internal communications activities to build unity and promote information sharing within
and outside of Marel.
Main tasks
• Work with the corporate communications team on a variety of
communications projects
• Create content to be used in internal and external communications
• Support the implementation of a strategic internal communications
policy and practices
• Support the Corporate Director of Investor Relations and
Communications on different projects and initiatives
Job requirements
• University degree in journalism, public relations, English,
communications or other relevant disciplines
• Excellent skills in written and spoken English – bilingual capability
preferred
• Marel seeks an ambitious, independent, result driven candidate that
enjoys taking on new tasks and responsibilities
• The ideal candidate is flexible, able to multitask, manage multiple
projects and meet deadlines
