Design and manage an efficient and effective manufacturing process for Laki Power devices.
HEAD OF HARDWARE MANUFACTURING
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Design manufacturing process
• Implement standards to ensure manufacturing quality
• Institute robust and reliable methods for testing devices
• Manage relationships with key vendors
• Prepare and manage manufacturing budget
Qualifications:
• MSc in industrial engineering or relevant field
• Experience in managing manufacturing process of hardware in the tech industry
• Experience in implementing standards in manufacturing
• Practical experience in building processes from the ground up in a start-up
environment
Oversee the design of an intuitive user interface for our customers to access and use the visual and environmental data collected by our devices.
HEAD OF SOFTWARE ENGINEERING
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Design and manage Laki Power‘s future software architecture
• Deliver an outstanding user experience to our customers
• Manage internal and external teams implementing our software product vision
• Ensure that software meets stringent security requirements
• Co-ordinate efforts with the hardware team to ensure alignment
Qualifications:
• MSc in software engineering or relevant field
• Practical experience in design and development of customer-orientated
platforms
• Knowledge and experience with the Microsoft .NET framework
• Knowledge of big data & machine learning
• Strong organizational leadership skills
• Practical hands-on knowledge of programming and processes in software
development
Perform advanced assembly of Laki Power devices according to established specifications and instructions.
ELECTRONIC TECHNICIAN
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Assemble Laki Power electronic devices
• Calibrate, configure and test electronic devices
• Log assembly process in accordance with manufacturing standards
• Order and stock materials and supplies
• Receive, unload and unpack materials for manufacturing
• Pack finished devices for shipment to customers
Qualifications:
• Certified electronic technician or similar field
• Experience in electronic device assembly
• Excellent relevant computer skills
This is a multi-faceted role involving both active involvement in Laki Power’s sales & marketing efforts as well as various finance-related projects.
This role requires a wide range of skills and a willingness to balance work in two main areas.
COMMERCIAL & FINANCIAL MANAGER
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Active involvement in Laki Power’s sales activities
• Create marketing material for sales presentations
• Manage Laki Power’s website and social media presence by keeping it up to
date with relevant product information and important company news
• Organize conference participation
• Monitor financial budgets and create reports relating to grants Laki Power has
received
• Preparation of financial reports and analysis for internal use
Qualifications:
• BSc in marketing / finance / computer science or related field
• Experience in using web analytics, social media platforms and web platforms
like Wix
• Experience in financial analysis and budgeting
• Ability to communicate fluently in spoken and written English
• Excellent computer skills
Develop a superior user interface so Laki Power´s customers can experience visual and environmental data in an intuitive and useful manner.
FRONT-END DEVELOPER
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Drive innovation by generating ideas on how to provide our customers with a
fantastic experience
• Develop features to enhance user experience
• Find a balance between functional and aesthetic design
• Build reusable code for future use
Qualifications:
• Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Has at least 2 years of solid background in JavaScript and React
• Knowledge and experience with TypeScript, state management libraries like
React State/Context, and unit testing in JS (using Jest or similar libraries)
• Experience with CSS and styled-components
• Experience with charting libraries like CanvasJS, Highcharts, Charts.js, or similar
• Being familiar with SignalR or has experience working with live data
(WebSockets)
• Being passionate about clean code and best practices in software development
• Understanding of key design principles
