1) Við útreikninga er eingöngu stuðst við íbúafjölda þeirra staða sem skiluðu skýrslu, nema í
heildaríjölda samskipta. / Only population of districts that submitted a report was used in
calculations, except when calculating the total number of contacts.
2) Aætlun, þegar ekki hefur verið greint á milli viðtala og vitjana lækna.
