PRODUCTION ENGINEER
Marorka is looking for an energetic and independent team player with an eye
for detail to join our technical department.
Responsibilities
• Oversee production processes
• Monitor and improve production procedures
• Assembly of Marorka systems including:
• Signal connections
• PC set up
• Software installation and configuration
• PLC programming
• Documentation and testing
• Provide support to project managers and service engineers
Requirements
• English (written and spoken) is a requirement
• Knowledge of communication protocols, e.g. Modbus, NMEA is a benefit
• Experience working with electronic equipment
• PLC programming skills are a benefit
• Familiarity with systems on board ships is a benefit
DEVELOPERS
We’re looking for experienced developers seeking challenging work to join our R&D
team.
Responsibilites:
• Write quality code using test-driven methods to ensure maintainability
• Evolve architecture and technology stack
• Assist with clarifying requirements and release planning
• Contribute to our continuous improvement efforts
Requirements:
• 3+ years work experience
• Skilled in .NET (C#) development and SQL
• Experience in unit testing frameworks, TDD and UI testing
• Passionate about software quality
• Good communicator, eager to learn and share professional knowledge

fræðing í miðlun upplýsinga um umhverfismál.
Helstu verkefni sérfræðingsins felast í miðlun
upplýsinga um umhverfismál og um störf stofn-
unarinnar, samskipti við fjölmiðla, eftirfylgni við
stefnu og markmið, ritstjórn á vef- og samskipta-
miðlum og á útgefnu efni, umsjón með viðburð-
um á vegum stofnunarinnar ásamt umsjón með
framleiðslu á efni fyrir prent- og margmiðlun. Þá
tekur sérfræðingurinn þátt í Evrópusamstarfi um
upplýsingagjöf um umhverfismál.
