Training Manager
A customer facing role managing installation and implementation of
Marel Software in our customer projects. This includes management of
the scope of delivery, project planning, reporting and day to day activities
of the project team. The person in this role directs, coordinates and leads
a project from the project initiation until the completion of the project.
A customer facing role responsible for the delivery of Marel Software
solutions to our customers. A person in this role has understanding
of production and business processes, can translate requirements
into specifications and is an expert in implementation of systems and
processes. The Software Business Consultant prepares the customer to
be able to run the system on his own and realize the project goals. This
includes support, training and documentation.
A role within Marel Software Service responsible for delivering on-site
technical services and remote support for customers. As part of a project
team, delivering Software solutions to our customers, a person in this
role is able to configure the Marel Software platform for our customers,
programming tasks related to reports, scripts or integration to other
systems and analyze and fix technical issues.
The Global Software Training Manager is responsible for the learning
and development process for employees and customers within Marel
Software. This includes identifying learning needs, designing learning
paths and structuring learning activities to meet training needs of Marel
Software employees and customers.
