and good Icelandic (which I think and our teacher), once she
was ordering a hotdog from gas station, but the cashier could
not understand her said “pylsu”, until her boyfriend said the
same word and then the cashier understood, she felt a bit
disrespected.
Lokaorð? Viltu koma einhverju sérstöku á
framfæri?
I love Icelandic society so I am here and try to study the
language and culture, however the government does not seem
very much like us. Especially people from out of EEA, either
they have no choice to come, or really like this country so
they leave their countries where they can easily find a job
or in the cultural environment that feels comfortable, as
a part of them. I just want to say that we love Iceland
and want to contribute and build a better society for
everyone or the next generation. (on the contrary,
some people in EEA have more rights and privileges
and they can come and go easily, why?!?!).
