Article 22
La presente Convention
remplacera dans les rapports

1905 et le premier mars 1954,
dans la mesure ou lesdits
Etats sont Parties á l’une ou
á l’autre de ces Conventions.
Article 23
La presente Convention ne
porte pas atteinte á l’applica-
tion de l’article 23 de la Con-
vention relative á la proce-
dure civile. signee á La Haye,
le 17 juillet 1905, ni de l’ar-
ticle 24 de celle signee á La
Haye, le premier mars 1954.
Ces articles ne sont toute-
fois applicables que s’il est
fait usage de modes de com-
munication identiques á ceux
právus par lesdites Conven-
tions.
Article 24
Les accords additionnels
auxdites Conventions de 1905
et de 1954, conclus par les
Etats contractants, sont con-
sideres comme egalement ap-
(a) opposition to the use of
methods of transmission pur-
suant to articles 8 and 10,
(b) declarations pursuant
to the second paragraph of
article 15 and the third para-
graph of article 16,
(c) all modifications of the
above designations, opposi-
tions and declarations.
Article 23
The present Convention
shall not affect the applica-
tion of article 23 of the Con-
vention on civil procedure
signed at The Hague on 17th
Julv 1905, or of article 24 of
the Convention on civil pro-
cedure signed at The Hague
on lst March 1954.
These articles shall, how-
ever, apply only if methods
of communication, identical
to those provided for in these
Conventions, are used.
