Mynd 5. OCT myndir afsjónhimnu sjiiklings með makúlubjúg vegna bláœðalokunar
í sjónhimnu. OCT mynd (A) af sjónhimnu fyrir triamcinolone inndœlingu sýndi vel
afmarkaðan bjúg í sjónhimnu og á þykktargrafi (B) mátti sjá að miðgrofarþykkt
mœldist yfir 400 /jm. Eftir meðferð var bjúgurinn horfinn á OCTmynd (C) og mið-
grófarþykkt mœldist 262 fjm (D).
