individual for a leadership role, Global Master Data
Manager (MDM).
Marel seeks an experienced and qualified
individual for the position of Global Information
Security & Privacy Officer.
Marel is the leading global provider of advanced processing systems and services to the Poultry, Meat
and Fish industries. Marel’s state-of-the-art equipment and systems help food processors of all sizes, in all
markets, to operate at peak productivity.
Main responsibilities:
• Define and build up an MDM vision and strategies, execute and
align within the business.
• Develop, implement and maintain processes, data models,
quality metrics and best practices.
• Manage a team of Master Data professionals and a virtual
network of data stewards and agents.
Main responsibilities:
• Establish the information security organization, implement and
maintain information security strategy.
• Initiate and supervise information security deployment and
integration throughout the organization.
• Anticipate the information security threat landscape, trends and
business needs.
• Be responsible for the governance and protection of all the
personal data, dealt with within Marel.

Requirements:
• 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience.
• Completed at least one major data program, preferably global.
• Business minded, hands-on personality and personal interest in data
management.
• Bachelor’s degree and preferably higher education in relevant topics.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience as Information Security Officer.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Master’s degree in Information Management & Auditing,
Business Administration or Computer Sciences.
