So, with whole-hearted devotion in the service of our Lord and
Savior Jesus Christ, the author and finisher of our faith, let us with joy
labor for the upbuilding of His Kingdom. May the Lutheran Women’s
League during the coming days in convention assembled at their new
home in Sunrise Camp behold the Sun of Righteousness arise with heal-
ing in His wings. May the members thereof continue in increasing
measure so to serve as to reflect the light that God hath made to shine
in our hearts, “to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God” as
it is revealed to us in Jesus Christ.
Verily, blest and dedicate be this Memorial Hall to the glory of
Ahnighty God. Hallowed also be this Hall as a memorial to the young
brethren of our common faith and ancestry who laid down their lives
in a great and worthy cause. “The memory of the just is blessed.”
