innan fjögurra ára aldurs. Samskiptaform
þessa aldurshóps virðist ekki frábrugðið
öðrum aldurshópum. Þannig eru 44% af
öllum vitjunum til þessa aldurshóps. í yngri
aldurshópunum (yngri en 14 ára) er meirihluti
sjúklinganna karlkyns en í
aldursflokkum þar fyrir ofan snýst hlutfallið
við. Mismunur milli kynja virðist mestur í
yngsta aldurshópnum, það er yngri en fjögurra
ára, þar eru samskipti við pilta alls 144 og við
stúlkur 110, munurinn er þó ekki nægilega
mikill til að vera tölfræðilega marktækur
(p=0,0652, N.S.).
