You will
• Establish Marel as a digital leader. Drive the digital
journey with our Business Units, helping them build digital
solutions and capabilities, delivering customer value by
combining software and hardware.
• Build a software Business Unit focused on developing,
licensing, and delivering pioneering software solutions
and a technical platform that supports all digital goals.
About you
• A leader with the ability to empower, inspire, motivate and
engage a diverse group of employees to a common goal.
• Strategic mindset, a track record of successful execution and
leading change.
• Proven experience of growing revenue, profit margins and
customer base.
• Demonstrated leadership experience at a global level in the
software industry.
• Experience of building high-performing cross-functional
teams preferably within an international company.
The Role
Our Vice President of Innova is responsible for developing and
executing a global growth strategy focused on digitalizing
and transforming the way food is processed. You will focus
on developing and delivering pioneering product roadmaps,
driving revenue and profit growth, and creating a leading
software business.
