Ljósabekkjanotkun hérlendis er með því hæsta sem
þekkist og vil ég nota tækifærið og skora á yfirvöld
að setja reglugerð sem geri notkun ljósabekkja hjá
unglingum háða skriflegu leyfi foreldra.
