Magga Sesselja
Kristjánsdóttir,
Software Developer
What I like best about working
at Controlant are the people.
The people at the company are
very fun and passionate about
what they do—and helpful.
I also really love the offices and
our equipment. There’s a lot
of challenging work, and there’s
a lot to do. I like to keep busy
and learn, so it’s a great fit
for me.”
“
Christina Merkel,
Program Director
I love the people here! We are
all so different and from various
countries. It is a good thing to
work with people from all over
the world that have different
views on how to deal with tasks.
Also, to get to know other cultures
is a plus. We have an exceptional
culture! And even if the company
was just around 70 when I started,
and we are more than 200 now,
you can still feel this spirit.”
