Heimilislæknar fá yfirleitt hæst stig fyrir mat
á mikilvægi umhverfisþátta og félagslegra
aðstæðna. Þær sérgreinar sem fullyrðingamar
varða mestu gefa félagslegum aðstæðum lægri
stig en viðkomandi sérþekkingu í faginu.
Munurinn á milli heimilislækna annars vegar
og hinna sérgreinanna hins vegar er víða
marktækur.

þeirri fullyrðingu að sjúklingar með
