einstaklinga með jámofhleðslu sem vafalítið
skaðar heilsu. Aðgerðir til að bæta jámbúskap
ungra kvenna í Reykjavík geta því ekki tekið
til frekari jámbætingar í fæði heldur þurfa þær
að vera beinskeyttari og beinast sérstaklega að
þessum hópi.
