RFLP haplotype 2.0 and 1.6 kb generated by
enzyme Mspl/pstl4 is coded by 3 and other band
sizes are coded by 4.
In Family A and C patients and carriers share
RFLP haplotype 1 and 3. In Family B patients
and carriers also share these haplotypes except
patients V,10 and V,ll who instead have hap-
lotype 2 and 4 which suggest a recombination
with the factor VIII gene.
