The Baxter Grant for Coagulation Research
in the Nordic Countries
Aim
The aim of the grant is to initiate and support scientific work in blood coagulation and
haemophilia.
The grant may cover research equipment, salaries and travel expenses.
Application
Applications for grants must include a short description of the project, including its
purpose, amount of money required and the c.v. of the applicant. Application form can be

The application should be submitted at the latest by December 15,1995.
Amount of money
During 1995 a total amount of SEK 120.000 is available. In addition, travel grants will be
specifically reserved for nurses, laboratory technicians and other hospital personal
participating in World Federation of Haemophilia in Dublin in 1996.
Report
A short report describing the obtained results should be sent to Baxter Medical within one
year.

Umsjón hefur Jón Þorsteinsson gigtarlæknir, prófessor við læknadeild HÍ ásamtýmsum
sérfræðingum á þessu sviði, meðal annars endurhæfinqar- oq bæklunarskurðlæknar.
