Grundvallaratriði í allri faglegri umönnun er símenntun og
fræðsla um sjúkdómana og hvaða leiðir eru áhrifaríkastar
til að ná til fólks með heilabilun. Hafa ber í huga að um
er að ræða manneskju sem eitt sinn var ung og átti sínar
vonir, drauma og þrár.
