General Plan — Our Library is supplying the reading public with books of Fiction.Biography Autobiography, History, Philo- sophy, Psychology, Science.Eco- nomics, Poetry, Plays. Memb- ers can read at a rental fee of 8 per cent. of the retail price of the book. No enrollment fee. For the special convenience of readers we have formulated this plan. Members of this club are able to read as many books per year ’ as they wish, exchangeable as often as desired Rates for one book at a time 75c. per month or $7.50 per ] year.
