Könnun Vinnueftirlits ríkisins bendir til þess að
þessir kvillar séu jafn algengir hér og annarsstaðar26
og því ljóst að kírópraktorar geta gegnt mikilvægu
hlutverki innan heilbrigðisþjónustunnar hér á landi
(rnynd 10). Efnahagslegir erfiðleikar þjóðarinnar
skerpa enn frekar á mikilvægi kírópraktora.
Það er von mín að skrif þessi verði sem ílestum til
upplýsingar um það gagn sem hafa má af kírópraktík,
sjúklingum til heilla og samfélaginu til hagsbóta.
