The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for the customer experience and will work
as an intermediary between product development and our customers.
They will assist in forming the Customer Success Division’s strategy and aligning that strategy
with Tern Systems broader vision.
_ CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER
The Technical Product Lead will oversee the technical direction and architecture of our
products in close collaboration with teams of specialists at Tern Systems.
They will lead a group of experienced Software Architects to implement a technical product
strategy which is aligned with technical needs, business objectives and product roadmaps.
_ TECHNICAL PRODUCT LEAD
With increasing international interest in our solutions, we are looking for an ambitious and
experienced Product Manager who will work to connect product and customer strategies.
The role requires excellent communication with customers, experience of software feature
prioritisation and has a sales and marketing element.
_ PRODUCT MANAGER
We are looking for a motivated Development Team Lead in our Product Development division.
You will work towards building high-performing teams delivering product releases.
In the role, you will help teams to follow best practices and working methods with the aim of
delivering value to our products.

jarðvarmaverkefna okkar á Norðausturlandi. Starfið felur m.a. í sér
stjórnun á hönnun, undirbúningsrannsóknum og umhverfis- og
skipulagsmálum, auk áætlanagerðar.
Verkefnastjórinn heyrir undir svið vinds og jarðvarma sem er ábyrgt
fyrir undirbúningi nýrra vind- og jarðvarmaverkefna, rekstri vindorku-
og jarðvarmaaflstöðva, nýsköpun í orkuvinnslu, umhverfisrannsóknum
og ýmsum samskiptum við hagsmunaaðila.
Hæfniskröfur:
– Framhaldsnám á háskólastigi í verkfræði eða sambærileg menntun
– Reynsla í verkefnastjórnun og áætlanagerð
– Þekking og reynsla af faglegri vinnu í orkumálum er kostur
– Mikil samskiptahæfni og metnaður til að vera hluti af sterku teymi
– Mjög góð kunnátta í ensku
– Æskilegt að hafa reynslu af verkefnastjórnun jarðhitaverkefna
