The Halogen Lite Set
Ophthalmoscope (3) features
a new optical system that
provides more usable light. It
also offers 16 lenses from -15
to +20 diopters, a circularly
polarized fílter to reduce
corneal reflection, five
apertures (4), an illuminated
lens dial, a brow rest and a
built-in dust cover.
The Halogen Lite Set
Otoscope/Throat Illuminator (5)
features fiber optic
illumination to give you an
unobstructed 360° ring of light
. . . bright, white light for true
tissue color. It’s airtight to
allow for pneumatic otoscopy,
with a wide-angle, sliding
magnifying lens.
The Otoscope converts to
a throat illuminator (6) with
a quick turn of the otoscope
head.
Handles are recharged by
a new compact charger (7), or
may be operated with "AA”
alkaline cells. The charging
mechanism prevents
overcharging of rechargeable
cells or accidental charging of
alkaline cells.
Handles feature positive
on/off switches with rheostats
for variable light intensity.
