bestan árangur er ekki fyllilega vitað. Reynslan kennir að það krefst mikillar þjálf-
unar að læra nýjar hreyfingar og að öðlast góða hreyfifærni og það tekur langan
tíma. Það eru engar töfralausnir til.
Margar rannsóknir hafa sýnt tengsl á milli hreyfivanda og annarra vandkvæða.
Enginn þeirra sem rannsakað hafa hreyfivanda hefur samt sem áður getað sýnt
fram á orsakasamband milli hreyfivanda og annarra örðugleika. Það kann að stafa
af því að tengslin séu mjög flókin og ástæður margbreytilegar.
