Guðs er hér verkn að ar orð: „Guð ger ir menn eins og þeir eiga að
vera/hæfa/tek ur menn í sátt“; fyr ir trú á Jesú Krist: orð rétt: „fyrir
trú Jesú Krists“; trú Jesú Krists merk ir: „menn trúa á Jesú Krist“
eða: „Jesús Krist ur trú ir á Guð“ eða: „menn trúa/treysta því sem
Guð lét Jesú Krist gera“. Guð hef ur tek ið menn í sátt sem trúa á
Jesú Krist, sem trúa eins og Jesús Krist ur sem treysta því sem Guð
